KALIM BEACH HOUSE

Private house in Phuket located nearby Kalim beach. Initially, Client brought a land on the slope of the hill with sea view on the west side.

Phuket is one of the best place to travel in Thailand, with clean air and good quality. The principle for the design is to provide the house which is proper for the climate in Phuket. According to the princicle, All the main spaces have a sea view, cross ventilation and natural light.

​

Client requirements are to have 3 bedrooms and main living room. The road have to go through the edge of the site to access other plots of property. Tthe entrance is designed to be on the top floor, then walking down to the living room floor.

​

The cast-in-place concrete wall is also the retaining wall the hold the earth on the slope. The black box bedroom wing is clad by slate stone to contract with the natural look of concrete retaining wall.
