Design-qua office located in Bangkok Sukhumvit 67. Malina Palasthira and John erskine, Founder of Design-qua, am Architect firm, decided to choose 2 shop-house in Phrakanong district to transform it to a new working space by principle of sustainability.

The Aims for the office renovation are

Reusing the existing building, Increasing air and light quality in a sustainable ways, Organizing the area from separated building to Office and Rental-Residential space. Most of Materials using in this project is Local Material such as Bamboo and Breeze-Block Red Brick. Local materials are cheap and unique.

My responsibility of this project

- Architectural and Interior design and detailing

- Construction management.
